Eric Myers Consulting & Coaching was born out of my passion for helping people grow and succeed in their careers and businesses. It all started when I mentored another associate on my work success. And I’ve been hooked on helping leaders ever since.
For more than 20 years, I’ve collaborated with companies to address the business opportunities and critical issues that are prevalent in the corporate world. From delicate interpersonal relations to refining leadership skills, I’ve used my real-world experience to create unique solutions that bring effective results to my clients.
My experience comes from serving as an executive, as well as decades of consulting and leadership coaching.
I’ll never forget sitting in the conference room at midnight knowing that we would no longer be able to make payroll. It was up to me to decide how the company moved forward. Real-world experiences like this one, and many others, have shaped my coaching and consulting business to provide authentic solutions for my clients.
I’m not a “yes” man.
One of the reasons my consulting and coaching work is because I tell my clients what they need to hear, not what they want to hear. I concentrate on addressing the issue or goal and equip my clients with the tools they need to succeed. Nothing brings me more joy than watching my clients achieve their goals.
