  • Each executive has a unique leadership style, which can vary from exceptional to bizarre. From vice presidents to the C-Suite, I help refine the executive presence within your company. I address highly sensitive situations with discretion and help evolve new or current executives into exceptional leaders.  

  • Many companies want to promote and keep internal talent. Working with mid-level management, I create customized leadership development plans that benefit both the employee and the organization. I also find solutions to improve performance or refine corporate culture.  

  • New opportunities can be exciting and leave a business unsure of how to move forward.  I help companies to capitalize on opportunities and work through various challenges by creating growth strategies, addressing culture refinement, and investing in team development.  

  • Many times C-Suite executives and boards of directors are overwhelmed by the significant decisions they face. As an advisor to the board, my job is to identify opportunities and create a strategy that makes these important decisions more manageable for the board. I work with directors on everything from conflict resolution to succession planning to talent management.

  • In many organizations, the board of directors is just another level of hierarchy instead of a valuable source that leads the organization. I help the board of directors understand their role to effectively serve the organization in a way that leads to growth and customer/employee retention.

  • Companies don’t always need a full-time leader to fulfill the necessary responsibilities. I can serve in a part-time capacity to fill the gaps that are affecting the organization.

  • Unexpected changes to management and executives create a burden on the entire leadership team when the position remains vacant. Instead of rushing to hire the wrong person, I can guide the organization until you find the right individual for the job.
